仕事内容

Seeking business leader to manage strategic planning for Japan CSB. The single-threaded leader will play a critical role in delivering business objectives, as also develop and own strategic direction for the categories, including any large business or corporate initiatives. S/he manages oversees strategic planning, development and coordination of portfolio and product definition activities as well as the programs to promote the sale of products and further sales objectives. The consultant will be provided an opportunity to work with a team of senior brand/merchandising managers focused on making a high-growth, high-impact difference, with innovation at the forefront, and supported by best-in-class data analytics.
Specific Responsibilities Include
•Drive E2E strategic planning process. Define strategic direction for the category and drive CSB global level initiatives that present large scale opportunities for
•Demonstrate the ability to influence and drive planning across Business Units (S&P / Services) and drive alignment with cross functional stakeholders (Sales, Online, Finance, PG, Marketing)
•Develop Small/Medium business strategy and expansion plan, work with internal teams and external partners on solutions and offerings
•Deliver against multiple critical projects, including but not limited to: Global expansion of cycle planning, Retail path to profit, Rapid ecosystem growth, Direct Profitability etc.
•Apply broad knowledge of company’s product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities.
•Oversee the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market share
•Develop comprehensive omni-channel GTM plans for the category, including retail product exclusivity decisions, based on deep understanding of channel dynamics/ facts & data
•Evaluate in-depth market analysis and lead business cases for optimization of existing products/solutions and/or to create the next generation of new products.
•Hire and develop a team capable of achieving aggressive business goals. Instill confidence in and inspire others to come together to scale the business/ deliver against corporate objectives
•Communicate and translates vision/strategy to staff

•Comprehensive understanding of PC competitive environment & assigned categories (PC’s etc.)
•Advanced analytical skills and ability to convert insights to strategic plans
•Advanced understanding of omni-channel dynamics
•Prior P&L management experience and strong comprehension of financial concepts.
•Strong time management and prioritization skills and ability to prioritize tasks for others
•Strong presentation skills to senior leadership and internal/external customers
•Exhibits excellent judgment and has relentlessly high standards
•Has the innate ability to inspire passion in others - hires great people, develops great people

Qualifications
•10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
•Leadership experience or MBA preferred
•General product knowledge
•Advanced communication skills (Internal and Customer Facing/External)
