Description:
The primary objective of this role is to provide financial leadership to Japan Global Sales Leaders and Operational Management, driving towards business goals. This will include analysing and maximising revenue streams, evaluate pricing proposals, recommending efficiency improvements, advising on financial performance and ensuring all financial risks are fully understood. The role also has a key input into strategic planning, influencing and shaping organizational structure, defining the commercial objectives of the business.

Influence the right business decisions to optimize Financial Performance & Balance Sheet
Leads operation reviews and executive presentations

Controllership & Operation Excellence
Accurate and complete accruals at end of quarter
No surprises during quarter end close process
Ensure proper revenue recognition in complex sales arrangemen
Take ownership in Liquidity by working with GFS (Global Financial Services) in improving past dues, DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding) and aging of account receivables
Ensure controls are in place for non-standard process/terms associated with Financial risk
Compliance & Integrity

Contribute to maintaining Ethics and Values by complying with Code of Conduct and completing all mandatory trainings on time
Ensure CSA (Control Self Assessment) are performed as required, and timely closure of Management Action Plans

応募資格 Qualifications:
·8-10 years working experience, preferably in a multinational corporation
·Degree qualification in Accounting/Finance, must have sufficient accounting knowledge to effectively advise and review complex sales arrangement
Strong strategic planning/management skills, business acumen, problem solving and people management skills
Must have intermediate excel and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both Japanese and English
Experience within IT industry will be added advantage
