Social content analyst for Japanese – APJ Social Media Strategy
Hired by Social Business of BDA, this position is open for candidates in Tokyo
The Social content analyst will analyze-related Internet content to assess customer perspectives and determine applicable responses. Using knowledge gathered from the social web, the Analyst will help identify improvements to both processes and products, in order to enhance the customer experience. These improvements will aim to build customer loyalty and create long-term value for.
The Social content analyst will master social media monitoring tools, identify actionable social mentions and escalate them to applicable personnel. The Social content analyst will also envision and spearhead initiatives to improve internal practices and external touch points. In so doing, the Social content analyst will advocate internally for superior customer experience design and execution.

応募資格 Responsibilities
◆Serve daily shift on Japanese (major role) and English (for hands on experience)
social media monitoring and triage dashboard
◆Execute sophisticated analysis that translates data into actionable insights
◆Deliver these insights to function teams to guide development of future offerings and
services
◆Support the communication with JP business functions
◆Engage in continual learning, to stay ahead of the evolving social media landscape
Requirements
• 2 years of hands-on work experience for large brand, marketing agency or market research firm
• Good Japanese and English in both spoken and written, good sense in understanding social media language
• Basic knowledge of social media metrics and third party reporting tools such as Radian6, Simply Measured, Tableau etc.
• Proven ability to deliver insightful report and analysis with designed report parameters and template
• Advanced Excel is a must
• Experience working with database such as Access and MS-SQL is a plus, but not must
• A background in statistics, marketing, consumer behavior or analysis is preferred
• Powerful intrinsic desire to serve customers and improve their experience
• Proven excellence in judgment, problem solving, and analytical ability
• A track record of social media use, either personally or professionally
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stimulating role
