仕事内容

Responsibilities
• Define the market space for Information Management products by leveraging on an in-depth knowledge of the Enterprise segment
• Own the overall business performance of Information Management products within the Enterprise segment including defining and managing Commercialisation strategies
• Engage with product management, sales, corporate marketing, sales enablement, channel marketing and other cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth, market leadership and awareness
• Capture partner and customer insights into Information Management products’ buyers by engaging and interacting with them to understand their critical underserved needs, unmet problems and buying criteria
• Develop compelling content and messages for target buyers based on deep insights into target personas (including technical audiences)
• Guide creation of messaging, campaigns, and assets that accurately target buyers’ concerns and priorities
• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations including executive briefings, analyst briefings, press briefings, industry events, webcasts, and trade shows
• Plan and manage fully integrated solution / product launches
• Contribute to internal and partner / channel enablement, training strategy and content delivery
• Work with demand generation and field marketing teams on program strategy and content creation for conferences, trade shows, webcasts, and field events
•Develop community program to engage current customer base and reseller community to drive renewal sales
• Regional travel required

応募資格 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
• 8 or more years experience with product marketing and/or product management in software preferred, but not required.
• Strong ability to determine, communicate and evangelize strategies and vision
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English
• Strong business/financial skills and hands-on customer experience
• Demonstrated business judgment, leadership and creative problem solving
• Technical understanding of computer software
