仕事内容

This position will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop go-to-market plans and execute marketing
campaigns/ programs (seminars, tradeshows, online promotions).

Responsibilities
Work closely with local sales teams to align sales priorities to support sales pipeline creation
Collaborate with ADRs to convert marketing leads to sales opportunities
Marketing budget management
Raise marketing purchase orders and manage all POs and invoices within relevant quarter
Manage quarterly allocated marketing budget to maximize field programs
Vendor management
Communicate with media, agencies for new proposals of ad campaigns and sponsored seminars
Maximize performance of outsourcing vendors, event agencies with most cost effective way
Participate in industry events (tradeshow, sponsored seminars) to generate marketing leads
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligning global demand center team and APJ marketing team – email
marketing, webinars, paid search by google to generate new leads
Keep track of marketing programs by marketing KPI and analyze to improve future programs– Number of marketing
responses, Conversion rate to sales opportunities, total amount of pipeline by relevant marketing activities
Asset management – produce/up-to-date marketing collaterals (reports, datasheets, case studies) and branded
giveaways
Review Japanese translation – web site, datasheets, threat reports, whitepapers that are developed by global marketing
team
Manage marketing database (Marketo) – create campaign codes and import marketing leads by campaign. Maintain
the database up-to-date and healthy

Requirements
Relevant work experience in marketing within high-tech industry for B2B market
Digital marketing experience is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functional teams including marketing team
To ensure that a good general understanding and knowledge of products and services is maintained at all times
Must have strong written and verbal English to communicate for global alignment of the partner program
Be able to clearly and effectively articulate value to channel partners
Must be organized, detail and process oriented
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving
BA/BS or equivalent preferred
