efficiently extract value from their intellectual property. Within our Enterprise Business, we are looking for an APJ Sales
Leader for our Software Group selling Transformation License Agreements (TLAs).
Role Overview
This role is to substantially increase the sales of across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), and lead a team of Enterprise
License Agreement sales experts, who build large, complex TLAs with our most strategic clients. Role will be based in
Tokyo and reports to our Enterprise COO for APJ.
Principal Responsibilities
Attract, develop, retain and lead a best-in-class team of high performing sales experts – with responsibility for driving
performance, development of the team, and playing an active role in value-based strategic sales campaigns across
Asia Pacific and Japan
Develop clear strategy to increase sales of across key vertical markets & strategic accounts
Manage activity levels within accounts, including customer visits, pipeline management, opportunity development, etc.
Lead team members to successfully win strategic bids and tenders
Ensure each team member has an Individual Development Plan (including quarterly career development discussions)
Ensure existing software install base and competitive whitespace is converted to to help drive margin into enterprise
segment and improve overall stickiness with customers
Leverage and lead Financial Services (DFS) and Strategically Aligned Business (SAB) resources across Technologies
(incl. Vmware, Pivotal, Virtustream, RSA, SecureWorks, etc.) to structure highly differentiated proposals
Frequent reporting with APJ Sales Operations to provide key metrics and annual operating plan

応募資格 【必須(MUST)】
5+ year sales management experience with a proven track record and ELA/TLA sales pedigree.
Strong people management skills, with the ability to drive and inspire a remote APJ sales team to sell TLAs within
Enterprise segment
Experience and proven ability to sell large, complex ELAs at C-level; with the ability to run multiple concurrent
campaigns
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Able to effectively communicate at all levels
Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple direction changes.
Relentless drive for results, while retaining focus on driving an outstanding customer experience.
Organizational agility; knowing how to get things done through formal and informal channels.
