Responsibilities
• Be responsible for and drive the assigned territories/segment renewal successfully.
• Take the sales lead on the assigned renewal opportunities, and deliver on the renewal sales target/quota.
• Manage outbound and inbound calls with customers/partners regarding renewal quotes, products, pricing, programs, up/cross selling etc.
• Respond to customer, reseller and distributor renewal requests accurately and within the defined SLA
• Collaborate closely with Internal and external parties including channel partners to drive higher Renewal retention rate
•Interface with channel partners and customers for regular funnel and ensure accurate run rate forecasting
• Build and maintain relationships with the all tiers of our reseller channel and with end customers
• Will need to become a subject matter expert on value delivered to customer by current solutions
• Will need to engage with customers and partners to understand their business challenges and IT products, and map those to products for cross-sell/ up-sell
• Address customer and partner queries and resolve any concerns or problems; interact with other company departments as necessary.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of all existing customers, opportunity and forecasting data in CRM (Salesforce.com).
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Assist Manager and local sales/ renewal teams with building out the renewal sales process for emerging cloud technology

応募資格 Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience.
• Preferred experience within an IT industry or similar organization.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Highly motivated, results orientated.
• Possess basic knowledge of solutions and understanding of cloud security and storage
• Excellent verbal communications with strong phone skills and ability to be persuasive.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, and Japanese
• Preferably with experience using Sales Force.com application and CRM tool.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a Regional APJ Manager that is not based in-country permanently
