1.Research the telecommunication market especially the situation in Japan, follow the trends of IP/PTN network evolution and application of new technology, and pay close attention to operator’s business initiatives and the their newly improved services. Be an expert in IP related areas （Core, Metro, Mobile back Haul, etc）, with a deep knowledge of marketing, products and the essential technologies in these area.

At least 15 years experience in network industry.
Experience at IP/PTN product or solution providers a big plus. Experience working with a telecom operator a big plus. Also some familiarity/involvement in standard organization （like IETF） would be a plus.
2.Knowledge: Good understanding of IP networking technologies, e.g. routing protocols, MPLS, VPLS, IP VPN, etc. Good understanding of metro Ethernet or IP backbone networking. Good understanding of what’s going on in the industry, e.g. which companies provide what products and advocate what solutions. Familiar with at least one of the network products like Router, LAN Switch or PTN, and network security products like Firewall, or CDN products like SLB as a big plus.
Bachelor degree or above （Major in engineering. Preferably in Telecommunications / Electric engineering, etc.）
1.Communication Skills: Proactive, Innovative and flexible. Good at communication and teamwork, also at cooperation among departments.
2.Good self－study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery ability.
