仕事内容

We are currently seeking highly motivated, dynamic individuals, with a background in education sales to join our fast-paced, rapidly expanding education and enablement team. This position, reporting to the Senior Manager of Education & Enablement, is responsible for advising customers on their education requirements, developing sales opportunities and closing business for training courses across Japan.
The key responsibilities for the position include:
•Work with marketing team to develop education and certification campaigns and follow-up on those
•Assist with the creation of education and learning plans for commercial/SMB customer.
•Support our internal Hightouch Sales team and Partner Business team to provide proposal for educational services
•Represent at trade shows and events as required
•Promote new education offerings
•Exceed agreed sales performance targets
•Maintain a strong and accurate pipeline of opportunities
•Work with our education operations group to ensure sufficient courses are scheduled to satisfy demand

応募資格 •Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in the technology industry (must 1)
•Understanding of or experience in education business (must 1 )
•Excellent understanding of technology and relating the value to a customer’s business requirements. Although not a technician, the candidate will be able to understand the technical issues surrounding products and technologies (must 2)
•Be able to execute persuasive sales techniques (nice to have)
•An understanding of the channel market, Systems Integrators, Distributors & OEMs across the territories to help sales identify and nurture key influencers within each opportunity (nice to have)
•First class presentation, planning and leadership skills (must 1)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills (must 1)
•Advanced level English proficiency (must 1)
•Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success (nice to have )
•Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment (nice to have)
•Outstanding time management and organizational skills
•Demonstrate effectiveness through weekly reports to track performance and results
•Be familiar with CRM systems and be able to input lead data regularly to enable results tracking (nice to have)
•Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done 
•Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
•Positive attitude, energetic, and self-motivated
