The sales associate assists the sales and marketing teams by creating and following up on marketing generated leads that contribute to bringing in new and install base growth by qualifying opportunities and generating revenue for the business.
Responsible for follow up and management of leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Responsible for end to end leads management, tracking and reporting in Salesforce.com
Work closely with Marketing Manager to prepare lead submission reports for upload into Marketing resource management system （MARKETO） and lead and opportunity management system （Salesforce.com）
Contact businesses or individuals by telephone or email in order to qualify leads and identify opportunities
Record names, contact details, solution interests, activities and notes related to leads contacted in Salesforce.com
Responsive and meets commitments to internal and external customers and partners in a timely manner.
Explain RSA solutions portfolio and services and answer questions from prospects and customers.
Work closely with sales and channel partners to track, progress and ensure leads and opportunities are followed through to bookings or closure
Interface with Third－party telemarketing agency
Strong interest in leads management, measurement and tracking of marketing activities
Strong interest in marketing operational efficiency and process oriented
Interest in understanding RSA’s overall business and marketing’s contribution to sales growth
Attention to detail
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills required
Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Knowledge of MARKETO a bonus
