Job Summary:
The Sales Organization is seeking an experienced Sales professional to lead partner sales
activities throughout Japan.
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing development, sales, and
customer satisfaction within your assigned territory and Global OEM partner company,
including developing and maintaining relationships with Global OEM partners and key accounts
and acting as an ambassador for. You will also serve as the sales leader for the region
and be responsible for directing internal resources to find & close large deals by co-selling with
Partner and meet assigned quotas.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong communication with HP
* Responsible for the sales target through co-sales with Global OEM (HP) and realize continuous growth to meet its sales target.
* Create and execute business plan of assigned accounts.
* Keep good communication with Enterprise sales ,marketing, order management and other sales organization to make an effective and efficient sales process.

応募資格 Required skills:
* Acumen of partner business,specially Software OEM business, to create appropriate business proposal to partners, finding and closing by co-selling large deal with Global OEM Partner.
* Good and patient communication to partners to resolve daily business matters and each large deals.
* Persistence to realize the solution to meet customer's requirements.
* Good English communication skill to share the business direction and report to the APAC and Global teams.
* Is responsible, accountable and driven to achieve business objectives and target & initiative goals.
* Solution sales experience
* Over 5 years Partner Sales Experience at Software company or SI or computer maker.
* Partner sales experience with HP is preferable.
