応募資格 The role calls for a bright, experienced business professional who will act as the right-hand person to the General Manager of the biggest Sales Team in Japan.This position interacts closely with not only senior management layers but also ground-level managers and serves as business enabler to both of them.The expected career path after Executive Assistant Role is, moving into an executive level role [i.e. Senior Manager or Director position] within Japan or Asia Pacific/Japan.The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant position are extensive as well as encompassing all of Japan businesses and revenue streams. The duties thereof include but not limited to:▪ Active engagement of the sales managers and functional leaders such as corporate planning, finance, marketing and sales ops for both business and operational matters,▪ Active attendance to executive business meetings, whether regular or ad hoc, as it relates to strategic and tactical matters in running the businesses,▪ Design and prepare various operational review materials that consist of submissions from the sales managers and functional teams▪ Provide business and financial insights and analysis for the segment’s short/Mid/Long term business plans,▪ Build strong and trusted partnership with the country sales GMs, sales managers and functional leaders to ensure the execution and tracking of key executive action items▪ Compile and prepare key data for GM or sales managers use▪ Taking leadership in organizing regular review meetings where sales managers are involved▪ Act for General Manager during GM is out of office due to customer visits / business trips in order to drive daily business as usual
