仕事内容

Responsibilities:
The Engagement Consultant will play a key role in securing profitable Outsourcing and Managed Operations deals as well as managing and customers’ business cases. He/She should be able to fit culturally and professionally to the diversity of the Region.
Main Roles & Tasks:
Together with local and regional MS Sales and MS Solution Specialists:
1. Support MS tactical and operational plans for the Region or assigned Account
2. Define comprehensive tactics and identify new business to new customers
3. Support/Drive business development initiatives in the Region
4. Drive feasibility studies, due diligence’s processes and tenders from a Financial perspective
5. Support CU’s/KAM’s organizations with Sales’ rationale and negotiations
6. Shall be responsible for post-contract follow-up with assigned KAM’s and customers

応募資格 Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements:
He/She will be innovative leveraging on Consultative Selling approach.
Candidate has reached a level of competence that he/she is self-managed.
Experience:
• 5 to 10 years experiences in Managed Services (Sales, Solution)
• Minimum 8 years business experience in Sr. and/or Lead Management positions
• He/She will have Telecom/IT Operations’ framework experience
• He/She shall have extensive knowledge of the telecommunication environment
• Experience in the specific region/market is a plus
Education:
・Have a qualification to Bachelor degree level or equivalent in Engineering/IT
/Telecom Operations /Management/Finance
• Post graduate level is a plus.
