Job Responsibilities:
•Creating a deep understanding of the customer’s business strategy and business processes by interacting with customers key stakeholders
•Capture business requirements by using structural methodology in customer workshops
•Recommend the best practices/experiences and solution capabilities to customers
•Analyze and translate business requirements into solutions specification from both technical and business perspective
Job Tasks:
•Customer workshop management with structural methodology to capture business requirement from business and IT customers
•Recommend the best practices/experiences and solution capabilities to customers
•Gather, clarify, and validate business requirements through ongoing active relationships with the key stakeholders
•Analyze and translate business requirements into solutions specification for both technical and business perspective
•Manage expectations with clients and business partners/3rd party vendors via in-person and written communication
•The Business Analyst supports the KAM/Upfront with Scoping, Business cases and Value-propositions.
In addition to the pre-sales and delivery activities, there are more tasks assigned to the Business Analyst, such as:
•able to catch and support up-sales opportunities; coach his/her team, to interact with them and to support them for the professional growth, and identify and recognizes the talents ; support in asset and organizational set-up and growth; he/she is a main contributor to the Professional Service culture growth, delivery methodology fine-tuning as well as harvesting the best practices from the work he/she drives

応募資格 Minimum Qualification and experience requirements:
•A Business Analyst has a strong background in the domain she/he is assigned to (BSS, OSS, VAS etc. with specific business and technical knowledge), as well as Telco industry acumen and strong understanding of Telco business processes and complex organizations.
•Strong business acumen and understanding of the customer's business priorities to look at opportunities from the customer's perspective.
•Highly developed Consultative behavior.
•Strong personal track record of delivery within the practice area.
•Ability to develop and drive value argumentation towards Customers at C and all levels.
•Excellent negotiation, influencing, communication and presentation skills.
•Intellectual ability and strategic thinking.
•Strong track record of consultative selling and capability of driving and negotiating large and complex deals including creating trust at C-level
•Business English (TOEIC 800) and Fluent Japanese (JPLT-1)
