仕事内容

Job Responsibilities
To be the technical expert in the project. Keep effective communication with Japan operators and listen to their requirements and painful points through technical discussion, workshops, seminar, and other customer-oriented activities.
Research the trend of new technology and service in Japan telecommunication market, and pay close attention to operator’s business initiatives and their new services.
Be an expert in one of solution related areas, Data Center, SDN, Cloud, Big data, with a deep knowledge of marketing, products and the essential technologies in one of areas above.
Filter, analyze and prioritize customer’s requirements for further development, and integrate some of them to form a customized but generally applicable solution for Japan operators.
Push these identified requirements and solutions into R&D.
Take responsibility for product’s competitiveness through all these activities.
Participate in industry conferences and exhibitions on behalf of , to access the most front and authoritative ideas, and promote advanced solutions, as an extension of your expert profession.

応募資格 Required Skills/Knowledge & Experiences
Working experience:
At least 8 years experience in Telecom industry.
Experience at product or solution providers in one of Data Center, SDN, Cloud, Big data areas is a big plus.
Experience working with Japan telecom operator is a big plus.
Good relationship with Japan operators is a big plus.
Some familiarity/involvement in standard organization is a plus.
Knowledge:
Good understanding of at least one of Data Center, SDN, Cloud, Big data areas.
Good understanding of telecom network.
Good understanding of what’s going on in the industry, e.g. which companies provide what products and advocate what solutions.
Be familiar with situation of operator’s status in one of areas above is a big plus.
Good at report writing and presentation.
Educational Background
Bachelor degree or above (Major in engineering.
Preferably in IT / Telecommunications / Electric engineering, etc.)

Communication Skills:
Proactive, Innovative and flexible.
Good at communication and teamwork, also at cooperation among departments.
Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery ability.
