仕事内容

Key responsibilities include:
· Provide pre-sales technical expertise to customers to design in a solution.
· Collaborate with Global OEM Sales Engineering team to develop future roadmaps and solutions strategies that will grow OEM business
· Understand product and technology roadmaps to deliver recommendations for OEM customers and manage transitions
·Collaborate with appropriate internal teams to support the selling and customer care processes to improve the Net Promoter Score.
·Develop winning strategies in response to industry trends and directions.
·Anticipate trends and see business risks and opportunities
· Build trust with customers and own technical side of customer relationships focused on delivering a positive customer experience according to standards
· Drive customer acquisition by explaining the OEM Value Proposition to target customers

応募資格 · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields
· 10+ years working experience including 5 years in a consulting capacity
· Extensive knowledge of the OEM industry, business model, dynamic trends, direction and technologies
· Proven track record in selling advanced server and storage systems
· Excellent written and verbal communications
·Established interpersonal skills, strong strategy development, program management and relationship management skills and be capable of influencing across multiple groups and/or organizations
·Telco, medical, appliance and embedded technology experience an advantage
