Key Result Area /Accountability
- Retails Ops Lead - Managing Retail On boarding & Store Expansion.
- Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information
- Presents problem analysis and recommend solutions in a logical manner
- Create new procedures and processes to drive desired results
- Identify opportunities for process and procedures enhancements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Anticipates and prevent potential problems
- Update leadership on project/activity status periodically
- Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support.
- Manages order fulfillment.
- Researches customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve.
- Liaises between the customer/partner and sales organization.
- Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.
- Drives sales operations process improvements.
- Serves as interface for order status and handles order escalation and SKU management.
- May serve as primary interfaces with other internal functions, based on BU and/or regional requirements.
- Contributes to business and functional strategy.
- Reaches out to support and collaborate with other business functions.
- Provides, consultation, influence decisions, and identify and resolve critical issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a technical authority within the organization and with customers.
- Manages projects or customer relationships of critical importance. May be industry wide authority.
- Develops innovative solutions, systems and products to support objectives.
- Builds external alliances with customers and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends
- Participates in guiding sales operations strategy, and determine priorities affecting immediate operations as well as having company- wide impact.
- Manages key strategic initiatives and business sales operations improvement projects.
- Interacts with major customers, generally involving controversial situations, customer negotiations, or influencing and persuading other leaders.
- Project management methodology utilization

- Prerequisite Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related professional qualification; MBA Preferred.
- Minimum 6 years working experience in Japan Sales Operations or Consumer Retails related job scope preferably in an MNC and from IT industry.
- Possess strong sales operations, analytical skills and retail business acumen.
- Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and with management teams.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in uncertain situations.
