•Experience working for small, privately held companies is a definite plus.
•Ability to troubleshoot technical problems remotely.
•Ability to work effectively with cross－functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering and business development.
•Ability to operate in a dynamic, start－up environment with minimal supervision.
Technical Skills Required
•Extensive experience with IP networking infrastructure technologies in all arenas.
•Direct and fluent experience in at least two – and ideally three – of the following areas:
○ Web and video streaming and video－on－demand technologies and protocols.
○ CDMA wireless data networks and equipment （PDSN/HA） or GSM/LTE wireless data networks and equipment （SGSN/SGW and GGSN/PGW for UMTS/HSPA/UTRAN）.
○ Diameter protocols and 4G LTE networks – specifically in the control and signaling layer, involving PCRF and PCEF interactions and traffic management and traffic control.
