Job Responsibilities
•Responsible to the overall service sales target of the account including sales order, market goals, revenue and profit.
•Determine long term business directions via account market planning by aligning with operator’s BP. Make service business development & sales strategy.
•Identify customer pain points and requirements; find out specific service sales lead or opportunity.
•Collective competitors service information and initiate the study of them. Develop the service competition tactics.
•Set up & maintain relevant customer relationship by varied customer activities. Listen to customer proactively, drive customer needs, issues and complaints to be closed. Improve satisfaction of the account.

•Deep understanding of customer’s pain points and get into service needs.
•Capture potential opportunity from customer problems to match company service solutions.
•Worked as main role in sales project before, familiar w/ project operation procedure.
•Took part in project delivery or management with service delivery operation and processes.
•Have good team work performance and can coach , support the team members
Educational Background
Minimum of Bachelor degree (in wireless, core network, fixed network, transmission, communications and electronics, IT, or related fields)
