Summary
It is NetBackup appliance support engineer for Japanese Customers and Partners.
The support engineer analyzes the situation of the trouble and offers information to solve a problem.
Flexible correspondence is required to solve a problem in TSE.
And an effort to learn a new skill is necessary.
In Storage & Availability Management Group, you will have the opportunity to ensure that the world’s mission critical IT infrastructure and largest data centers are successfully managed using storage and availability solutions from.
This group drives innovation on storage and server management, data protection, and application performance management solutions across heterogeneous storage and server platforms.
Key products in the Storage and Availability Management Group include Veritas Storage Foundation, Veritas Command Central Storage and Veritas Cluster Server product lines.
Responsibilities
ı Analyze information(logs, configuration file, dump file and more) and offer a solution to Partner.
ı Building the environment like the customer environment and investigate the operation of the product. As a result, TSE offer the solution to problem to Partner.
ı When a problem is complicated, TSE pays off the contents of the investigation into own and makes escalation to Backline engineer.
ı TSE writes a technote.technical document. Description, log information and solution are included in a notebook.

応募資格 Qualifications
ı Experience required in an IT Service Desk or Software Support Services environment
ı Experience required in a Hardware Support Services
ı Profound understanding of Service Delivery and Quality, Metrics and Customer Experience is required
· SAN storage network architecture or similar architecture desired
ı Proficient in using Tape library including VTL and Linux OS.
