Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1.As the first owner of customer support services satisfactions;
2.Realize the contractual delivery in customer maintenance service and ensure network security;
3.Proactively presenting maintenance service value in project business management to ensure the maintenance contract renewal.
Main Work:
Short term:
1.Organization Construction and operation :Project application, Establish Maintenance team. Responsible for routine management operation of maintaining project, monthly convene meetings with customers maintenance team; Interpretation of maintenance contract, scope and SLA confirmation with customer, make maintenance regulation and annual plan , realize the contractual delivery;
2.Network Safety Assurance:As the first owner of customer satisfactions, responsible for network safety and stable operation; Concerns performing of issues passive response and network preventative active maintenance to perform, perform "project approval" for existing network operation, to promote network of major risk is timely closed loop;
Medium and long term:
1.Project Operations: Communicate with customers in high-level and locking Maintenance budget for the coming year, cooperation with SSD and support maintenance renewals; responsible for project accounting pre-formulation, implementation quarterly business analysis, to ensure the quality of maintenance contracts; through risk identification in routine maintenance to actively pursue for professional services point opportunities, and to promote sales;
2.Personnel and capacity building : Resource planning and management, improve the efficiency of resource use; Through training, job rotation and other ways to enhance the skills of engineers cooperation with NTD.

応募資格 Required Skills & Knowledge
1.Working experience: At least three year's experience in telecommunication field, engineering, maintenance and technical support.
2.Communication Skills: Requires proactive interpersonal skills – Innovative and Active - which match with Core Value. Flexibility and teamwork, ability of engineering management, be good at communication and cooperation among different parts.
3.Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery
Educational Background
At least bachelor degree or above Major
Related telecommunication
Other Preferences
1.Skilled in telecommunication knowledge and its development (such as system architecture, signal procedure, Wireless Network/Core Network/ Fix Network etc.).
2.Frequent travel requires.
