仕事内容

1. Implement and manage repair suppliers of multiple commodities in the region. This includes new product launches, supplier bring-up, qualification and planning.
2. Develop and drive quality management systems, agreements, plans, and define, specify, and ensure compliance to quality standards.
3. Responsible for driving suppliers to root cause and corrective action on issues as well as driving continuous improvement at repair suppliers through program management and business process improvement facilitation.
4. Responsible for working with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop a quality management plan, and to define commodity roadmaps for new/sustaining commodity products, taking emerging new products and technologies to production.
5. Analyzes supplier quality data and presents to supplier and to the internal cross-functional team. Utilizes knowledge of statistical quality tools to assist suppliers in their improvements.
6. Performs supplier quality process and system audits, analyzes failure analysis data to recommend and drive process improvements.
7. Coordinates with the Company and Supplier Quality Technicians and Engineers in eliminating and reducing quality issues
8. Initiate and drive innovative solutions and contribute in team Savings goal.
9. Solution enablers following end to end process on new launched service and alternative solution from current transactional activity.
10.Lead at least one Global Warranty Cost project on best value solution.
11.Lead and own Warranty Cost Reduction initiatives planning and execution to goals at APJ level – Cost, Revenue and NPS.
12.Integrate closely with GFS and GSP Team (Global Field Service and Part team) and Technical Support teams on approved projects deployment and dispatch reduction initiatives.
13.Setup, lead and drive governance interlock with call centers. Review and recommend dispatch reduction actions.
14.Lead and drive Best Practice Sharing sessions
15.Collaborate within Global Service Engineer on warranty cost reduction initiative

応募資格 1. Experience in Quality Management System and product development, quality, design and assembly processes is a plus.
2. Demonstrated statistical analysis skill for design evaluation and process control.
3. Ability to multi-task and methodically manage projects. Experience managing new build or repair suppliers is recommended.
4. Dynamic, self-starter, with high energy level, objective and team worker.
5. An analytic mind, good in priority setting, decision quality and result-driven.
6. Has the ability to resolve problems and identify opportunities.
7. Able to work with cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

15. Sound but flexible negotiator, the individual will be capable of developing activities within lean structures and he/she is a hands-on person, and has the ability to negotiate with suppliers.
16. Experience in working under pressure, disciplined and persistent when frustrated.
17. Business acumen and strategic ability.
18. Proficient in English and effective presentation and communication skills in English and Japanese.
