●Participate 3 year plan to identify major strategies to grow business and responsible to put the plan into required format.
●Prepare annual business plan which eventually leads to quota assignment to sales rep level
●Provide top line booking and GM％ forecast based on the field sales input through SFDC
●Govern sales compensation （quota deployment, territory assignment, commission and bonus accrual/true up, incentive program）
●Manage pricing （ownership of central pricing in Japan, discount approve process）
●Communicate with manufacturing plant to solve any lead－time related issues.
●Provide field sales people with conductive services around sales booking/revenue recognition/deal structure as a first stop.
●Provide data analysis for recommendations and decision support to senior management
●Help implemented global tool in Japan.
＜PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES＞
●Work closely with senior management and cross－functional organizations to develop effective strategies and programs to meet functional and operational knowledge of broad company processes and policies.
●Coordinate resources ＆ activities with other organizations for business planning, forecasting, pricing and other missions.
●Provide performance analysis and communicate/resolve possible revenue recognition issues.
●Understand business implications which assist management in decision making.
●Manage the professional staff dedicated to Sale Operations. Conduct salary and performance reviews. Input to development plans.
●Develop and maintain database of key financial and operating metrics and/or performance measurements related to the functional organization.
ForecastやActual trackingなどの営業計数管理業務をメインに、セールスオペレーション、Finance ＆ Accountingと協業の上、オペレーション業務を通じて弊社のビジネスに貢献頂きます。
