PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
－Coordinate all necessary internal functions such as Brand/Merchandising, Marcom/GotoMarket （GTM）, Vendor Funding, Online and Legal in order get the right input at the right time adhering to the standard global production process and production schedule.
－Ensure accurate implementation of all vendor guidelines in order to meet quarterly marketing development funding targets.
－Manage external agencies/vendors （translation, printer, letter shop/fulfillment, postal services） in accordance to their service level agreement and in order to ensures accurate and on time implementation of Marcom activities.
－Maximize marketing cost effectiveness and cycle time efficiency by implementing the standard production process, fully utilizing defined tools （for example: Asset Manager, Share） and actively optimizing production levels.
－Participate in global projects to support the critical few initiatives for production operations and take ownership to drive continuous improvement projects.
－Take the responsibility on proposing creative/copy options to GTM and be a decision maker of creative/copy message selection and flex area treatment.
－Confirm creative development plan and release date to hit the vehicle on the planned market date. Communicate with Global creative team directly for the scheduling if delay happens and prepare alternative solution.
－To be a escalation point of production specialists for assets selections in complex cases. To be a decision maker for selection and approvers to support production specialists.
－Faciliate Escalation Path to global team for GTM or advise producers on steps, if proper assets cannot be found,
－Manage SLA for new vehicles. Make sure SLA is appropriately refreshed and SLA aligned.
－Ensure Production Quality Control. Estimate business impact on CLCA cases, work out recovery action together with GTM, sales team
－Understand brand compliance governance. Submit to APJ brand lead when there is disagreement with GTM
－Define and maintain the testing email address list and work with blasting company to define and ensure testing list is sufficient to cover various kinds of domain, Internet Software etc.
－Manage Call To Action （Vanity and Toll Free number）. Track and assign toll free to each vehicle.
－Savvy on Dellshare showcase, DAM, Orbis: to facilitate ＆ use daily
－Savvy on legal compliance in their respected country support. Reach out to Legal team to confirm discrepencies or local legal requirements
－Understand brand and communicate with brand team when there is disagreement with GTM
－Manage translation company. Ensure translation quality is high. Conduct proofreading, provide feedback and take escalation path if necessary.
－Communicate with Printing house company. Send the CD Rom or via online tool to Plate making with illustrator source;
－Manage production SOW and logsheet. Consolidate SOW and ensure accuracy, send to budget manager. Also hold weekly production log sheet reconciliation meeting
－Marcom/Go to Market （GTM）, Brand/Merchandising, Online, Vendor Funding and Legal teams, Customer Relationship Management team.
－Region centralised Operations functions including Translation, Supply Chain, Planning and Process/Tool Managers
－Region Agency teams including Production （eclerx）,Translation, Print/Fulfilment/Postage venders
－Fluent Japanese and English skills
－Attentive to detail, comfortable and accurate with numbers, good writing abilities, expertise in proofreading
－Good time management skills
－ responsive, flexible, able to manage many projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
－Works independently and remotely to majority of other teams, dealing well with ambiguity
－Able to maintain well organized and accurate documentation
－Focused on delivering results with hands－on mentality
－Good communication skills, able to fit well within the culture of the Operations and extended teams
－Demonstrates problem solving, process analysis and process improvement skills
－Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
－Preferred understanding of the IT industry/market and the overall big picture regarding key sales and marketing strategies
EXPERIENCE ＆ EDUCATION
－BA/BS degree in Marketing
－Preferably 6 Years General marketing experience
－Preferably experienced in process management
－Preferably possessing basic creative background
