• Five＋ years of trade/brand marketing experience, especially with working on large scale consumer marketing activities. Account Executive for advertisement agency is also potential candidate.
• Strong knowledge for consumer goods marketing, brand marketing, trade marketing activities, Japanese trade complexity, packaging development, advertisement printing process and in－store tool development.
• Strong demonstration of project/promotion management for below the line marketing programs by leading internal and external counterparts.
• Successful track record working in Marketing roles in a fast moving environment － developing creative and innovative marketing strategies to support and fulfill the customer experience, generating new ideas alongside solid delivery of results in a Retail environment.
• Prior experience with managing and analyzing program metrics and budgets, forecasting program’s deliverables and impact to drive sales, and calculating program ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/tasks, along with the ability to prioritize and produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, with extreme attention to detail and results which are accurate, complete, and of high quality
• Confidence in presenting to all levels in an Organization.
• BA/BS or equivalent
