仕事内容

Job Responsibilities
•To be responsible for the project implementation as a representative of the company through the coordination between
the company and client in the project implementation phase.
•To be responsible for managing and executing contractual agreement between and Telecom customers and deliver high quality project to those customers.
More detailed actions required are:
1.To be involved in project pre-sales phase for generating project organization and delivery plan.
2.To identify and define the proper project deliverables to customers.
3.To create Project Plan including Scope of Work, Schedule, Communication Plan, Quality Control Plan etc.
4.To create detailed organization structure and responsibility matrix, assign appropriate tasks and responsibilities to the team members, forecast resource requirements for all aspects of project delivery.
5.To organize and manage an appropriate team/system to monitor the project progress, detect and handle problems in the project.
6.To resolve any problems/issues detected in project execution by communicating/negotiating to customers/internal departments/vedndors, and/or escalating to higher level management.
7.To obtain the Acceptance Certificate in time from the customer, and support collecting contract payments on schedule.
8.To identify and initiate launch of up-sell opportunities and activities.

Required Skills & Knowledge
1.Project management skills
2.Telecoms sector competent, at least be familiar with one kind of telecommunication products, including wireless, EPC, UMTS, LTE, Fixed Network, etc.
3.Ability to work with customers, internal departments and vendors.
4.Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
5.Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure of tense/confrontational situations.
6.Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customers and/or situations.
7.Ability to communicates effectively using clear, plain English.
8.Ability to host presentations at management and executive level.
9.Good writing skills in Japanese
10.Be strong with numbers and have business sense
Educational Background
Bachelor degree or above
Major
Preferably in Engineering, Wireless communication, or Computer field.
Language Skills
Japanese Language: Native level
English : Business
