Position/Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual with a background in enablement and program management to join our fast-paced, rapidly expanding, APJ enablement team. This position, reporting to the Senior Manager of APJ Enablement, is responsible for ensuring that our Japan internal staff and valued partners are well versed in selling and implementing our solution based portfolio.
As the Japan Enablement Specialist, you will collaborate closely with various internal team including sales, pre-sales, professional services and the channel organization to understand their requirements and manage the execution of the chosen enablement programs locally. You will also work with Corporate Enablement & Transformation teams to lead execution of Global Enablement programs in Japan.
The key responsibilities for the position include:
•Consultant with and Identify the enablement requirements for the Japan team
•Develop comprehensive role based Internal & Partner enablement plans based on competency & skills assessments and locally identified requirements.
•Manage and deliver the successful executions of these role based enablement plans.
•Manage the delivery of face-to-face and on-line enablement programs including scheduling, setup of events, event invitations, coordinating presenters and hosting sessions.
•Provide onsite support for face-to-face events across the Japan region.
•Provide input into the creation and rollout of new programs and initiatives.
•Develop Enablement program guides & awareness campaigns to drive local adoption of Enablement programs.
•Provide Activity & Outcome reporting to APJ and Corporate.
•Review localized training materials

応募資格 Skills and Experience
•3+ years’ experience working in an IT environment, preferably in a software company.
•Exceptional skills with Microsoft Excel (or similar) including creating graphs, pivot tables and formulas. Knowledge of Microsoft Access (or similar) is desirable.
•Excellent communications in both English and Japanese and interpersonal skills
•A natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success.
•Able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment.
•Proven success in managing and marketing small to medium size events including creating invitations, coordinating on-site logistics, vendor management and managing follow-up activities.
•Experience with program launch and execution
•Experience with online event, registration and surveying applications.
•Experience with hosting WebEx conference & training sessions
•Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS) is desirable.
