仕事内容

The Partner Manager is responsible for establishing and developing the alliance relationship between  and select alliance accounts resulting in increased revenue from the sales of products and services.
・ Identify and build relationships with regional alliances in the territory that work with Named Accounts to drive opportunities
・ Build and manage the relationships between and any assigned global alliance organizations located in the RAM’s territory (the RAM would act as the Global Alliance Manager for any “global” alliance accounts) to drive opportunities
・ Act as the local territory liaison for local contacts of existing Global Alliances to drive opportunities.  The RAM will work with and through the appropriate GAM to aid in local field integration and sales assistance for in-territory sales personnel and opportunities
・ Conceive, create, and execute global programmatic activities to enhance status with the alliance
・ Act as single point of contact for all HQ to assigned alliances for communication and daily activity
・ Identify marketing and business generation activity that will result in contribution revenue associated with the alliance accounts assigned
・ Educate internal sales professionals on the assigned alliances, their value to, and go-to-market plans that will enhance customer position
・ Maintain active lead management and sales funnel activity with assigned alliances
・ Take lead position in establishing and the alliance field sales representative introductions
・ Assimilate technical product advantages into winning business propositions for alliances assigned, including, but not limited to, BI solution development and technology integration
・ Create partner Quotes (pricing proposals) and completing follow-up tracking through approval process with management. Tracking and reporting of individual sales and marketing objectives metrics on a weekly basis
・ Regularly communicate with Sales and Marketing executives in support of alliances assigned and its activities in support of mission
・ Work collaboratively with Marketing and Technology groups to create partner-specific collateral briefs, and white papers
・ Secure partner commitment and participation in product launch events, PR activities, and marketing events

応募資格 ・ BS/BA Degree, Computer Science or Marketing (with technology focus). MBA preferred
・ Experience securing revenue from and through regional and global partners
・ Enterprise S/W sales experience
・ Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
・ Excellent time management capabilities
・ Strong writing skills
・ Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office business software
・ Must be a self-starter willing to put in the time necessary to drive sales activity through the
channel or as unquestioned referral activity for direct sale
Organization
・ Must be able to differentiate value proposition vs. competitors’ product
Positioning
・ Must be able to fulfill alliance objectives such as fulfillment of training of partner personnel, creation of partner to sales referrals, driving of
・ resale capability, and strong partner influence and positioning activity with end-user prospects
・ Completion of the Sales Boot Camp upon hire
・ 2-years experience in a technical consulting position a plus
・ Experience with Business Intelligence systems or relational database management systems a plus
・ Mid 30th to early 40th of age
・ Has strong connection with NTT Data
