Middleware Sales Account Manager to be based in Tokyo. Candidates need to have a strong network of System Integration Partners. This is a front line sales position requiring an enthusiastic and proactive individual whom is not afraid to develop new business. with partners. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills.
Primary job responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for the partner engagement with major system integratos and maxmizing its booking from such partners. Candidate will be responsible for any of partner sales activity including the development of business plan with partners, the enablement including sales and engineer traing to improve the skill and get maximum commitment to from partners.

Previous experience in selling MW solutions is highly desirable, candidates with a strong SW background can also be considered for the role.
Candidates should have a good understanding of Enterprise Application Platform, SOA & BRMS.
