仕事内容

This position is responsible for account management in his/her assigned automotive sales territory (Utsunomiya).
Report line:  Head - Automotive Engineering Services (Japanese national)
Work location: Japan Tokyo office or client locations in Utsunomiya
+ Build sales pipeline and manage client relationship for short and longer term revenue growth.
+ Set goals and objectives, establish account plans and strategies, and execute the plan.
+ Collaborate internally to develop proposal / solution to customer and close sales opportunities.
+ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and swift resolution to issues.
+ Justify and build a sales team to sustain rapid revenue growth - initially a Individual contributor role
What we sell:  Embedded software development - including model-based development/auto code generation/ validation and testing/ xILS / legacy code reverse engineering / 3D CAD (mechanical CAD/CAE) / hybrid & EV battery and motor control system design support

応募資格 Minimum bachelor's Degree: Engineering degree is preferred but not mandatory
+ Automotive direct sales experience with proven past success and active contacts in assigned automotive sales territory (Utsunomiya) is a must.
+ At least 3 years of experience in selling engineering services (embedded software and/or hardware development) and in managing client for end-to-end services engagement.
+ Total 8 years of relevant technology sales experience.
+ Multi language global work environment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
+ Team management experience is a plus.
+ Language skills: Native level fluency in Japanese and business level English.
