Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated, dynamic individuals, with a background in education sales to join our fast-paced, rapidly expanding education and enablement team. This position, reporting to the Senior Manager of Education & Enablement, is responsible for advising customers on their education requirements, developing sales opportunities and closing business for training courses across Japan.
The key responsibilities for the position include:
- Work with marketing team to develop education and certification campaigns
- Assist with the creation of education and learning plans for commercial and SMB customers
- Represent at trade shows and events as required
- Promote new education offerings
- Exceed defined targets for inbound/outbound call volumes
- Exceed agreed sales performance targets
- Maintain a strong and accurate pipeline of opportunities
- Work with our education operations group to ensure sufficient courses are scheduled to satisfy demand
- Build relationships with internal sales and technical teams
- Campaign and event follow up

応募資格 Desirable Skills and Experience
- Proven sales experience preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent understanding of technology and relating the value to a customer’s business requirements. Although not a technician, the candidate will be able to understand the technical issues surrounding products and technologies
- Be able to execute persuasive sales techniques
- Demonstrated success in a previous sales roles by exceeding targets
- An understanding of the channel market, Systems Integrators, Distributors & OEMs across the territories to help sales identify and nurture key influencers within each opportunity
- First class presentation, planning and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success
- Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate effectiveness through weekly reports to track performance and results
- Be familiar with CRM systems and be able to input lead data regularly to enable results tracking
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient)
